With an early morning yoga session on the sun deck of your boat or at powerful places we actively start into the day. By the way, whenever possible, all yoga sessions take place outdoors. So if you have chosen a Yoga Retreat with accommodation on a boat, you can roll out your yoga mat on the sun deck – there is plenty of space for everyone.

THE FLOATING YOGA MAT

SUP YOGA IN QUIET BAYS

During a SUP Yoga session, your board becomes a floating yoga mat. This increases the intensity of the yoga exercises and you will strengthen your sense of balance as well as your body tension. Different postures are performed standing, sitting and also lying on the board, always under the guidance of a SUP yoga coach who will show you different variations of the exercises – so you can experience and enjoy this special yoga class on the water during your Yoga Retreat your own way, regardless of your personal level.

YOUR LEVEL?

For most of our Yoga Retreats, our yoga classes are suitable for both beginners and advanced yogis. By the way, even for the SUP Yoga sessions you need neither any SUP nor yoga experience in advance of the trip.
