Name change free of charge

Plans can change at any time—especially given the current situation. We understand this, that is why we’re offering you the option to transfer your spot to another person of the same gender free of charge up to 14 days before the trip begins, in case you’re unable to go on the trip yourself.

Payment

Deposit on booking: 20% of the travel price,
Final payment of 80% of the travel price: 28 days before departure.
Additional services (except travel insurance) can be booked up to 30 days before the start of the trip.

Payment method: Bank transfer after receiving the invoice by e-mail.

Once we receive your booking, we will send you the booking confirmation/invoice via email.
If the minimum number of 14 participants is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel the trip up to 28 days before the start of the trip. Any payments or deposits made up to that point will be refunded in full immediately, or we will offer a free rebooking to another travel date.
