4. Details

Name change free of charge

Plans can change at any time - especially because of the current situation. We understand this and therefore offer you the option of transferring your place to another person of the same sex free of charge up to 14 days before the start of the trip if you do not wish to travel yourself.

Payment

Deposit on booking: 20% of the travel price,
Final payment of 80% of the travel price: 28 days before departure.
Additional services (except travel insurance) can be booked up to 30 days before the start of the trip.

Payment method: Bank transfer after receiving the invoice by e-mail.

After receiving your booking, we will send you the invoice by e-mail.
If the minimum number of 20 participants is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel the trip up to 28 days before the start of the trip. Payments made up to this date will be refunded immediately in full or a free rebooking to another travel date will be offered.
