The legal basis for the data processing operations is the fulfillment of our pre-contractual and contractual obligations between you and Bluemaxx. If the data required by you is not provided, the processing of the order is not possible.

The duration of storage is determined by the duration of our business relationship, the consent you have given, and furthermore by the statutory retention obligations and legal obligations applicable to us. We emphasize that in the case of regular cooperation for our best customer service, we strive to know your customer needs already communicated to us so well that we can satisfy you continuously and permanently.

In addition, the Provider is obliged to inform all recipients to whom data has been disclosed by the Provider about any correction or deletion of data or restriction of processing that may be necessary on the basis of Articles 16, 17 para. 1, 18 DSGVO takes place. Through the user’s communication with the provider via WhatsApp, both the provider and WhatsApp receive the user’s mobile phone number and the information that the user has contacted the provider.

The aforementioned data will also be forwarded by WhatsApp to Facebook’s servers in the USA and processed by WhatsApp and Facebook in accordance with the WhatsApp Privacy Policy, which also includes processing for their own purposes, such as improving the WhatsApp service.
