The sailing yacht for the SUP Sailing Trip:

Our sailing yachts on our SUP Sailing Trip in Croatia are designed for up to 8 guests in double cabins. Two guest cabins share one bathroom with toilet and shower. The sun deck invites you to relax, in the spacious cockpit with the galley you can easily prepare meals together and on deck there is also enough space to sit together comfortably with a view of the sea and to eat under a starry sky. By the way, you can comfortably jump into the crystal clear water via a bathing platform with bathing ladder.

Meals on board during the Sailing Trip Croatia:

The skipper of our SUP Sailing Trip Croatia will assist you in coordinating the shopping at the supermarket at the beginning of the trip in order to have enough drinks as well as food on board. You can of course decide by yourself whether you would like to eat on board and cook together, or if you would rather visit the restaurants in the ports. Under Soul Food you can learn more about the Mediterranean cuisine of Croatia.

QUESTIONS REGARDING SUP

By the way, the SUP Sailing Trip Croatia by THE SUP WEEK is for all SUP skill levels; therefore, no SUP knowledge is required in order to be able to participate in the Sailing Trip Croatia. Our professional SUP coach offers SUP courses in quiet bays for beginners as well as for advanced paddlers.

No, our SUP tours at the SUP Sailing Trip are also suitable for paddlers with little paddling experiences only. We mainly anchor in sheltered bays or on coastal areas between the islands that are acutally suitable to try stand up paddling easily. Our SUP coach will accompany you on all tours and will be happy to offer assistance when needed.

The route lengths of our SUP tours during our SUP Sailing Trip vary and depend on our sailing route as well as, of course, the actual weather conditions. In the mornings we decide whether we will paddle along the coast of an island, from bay to bay or within a large bay. Our SUP coach will accompany you, so you can definitely enjoy this special paddling experience to the fullest.

If you would like to participate in our SUP tours during our SUP Sailing Trips, it is important to have personal equipment with you that will guarantee you enough safety on the water:

– Rental-Restube-buoy with suspender belt
– Certified life jacket
– Waterproof cell phone case with strap
– Drinking bottle with mounting option
– Waterproof duffel bag
– Boardleash (if you bring your own iSUP)

By the way, for being able to participate in our SUP tours a rental Restube buoy and the rest of the mentioned personal equipment are mandatory.

We offer high quality iSUPs of Lite Venture for rent. Alternatively, you can also bring your own iSUP to your SUP sailing trip with THE SUP WEEK.

YACHT QUESTIONS

On our SUP Sailing Trips there is room for up to 8 guests on each sailing yacht.

All guests of our SUP Sailing Trip are accommodated in double or twin cabins, usually two guest cabins share one bathroom with toilet and shower.

At our SUP Sailing Trips, single bookings are only possible when booking an entire double or twin cabin for the price of two persons.

There is basically no restriction. However, you should keep in mind that the storage space in the cabins is limited and there are also no storage rooms on the sailing yachts. Therefore, it is best to avoid suitcases (especially bulky shell suitcases are actually completely out of place here) and instead bring a duffel bag or, alternatively, a travel bag with you. You should also keep in mind that on a sailing yacht we dress rather casually and therefore you will certainly not need an evening dress on our SUP Sailing Trips.

QUESTIONS ABOUT LIVING ON BOARD

Neither SUP nor sailing knowledge is required for our SUP Sailing Trips!

Our skipper will take care of the sailing and our SUP coach will be happy to teach you how to paddle in a quiet bay.

The skipper will assist you in coordinating shopping at the supermarket at the beginning of our SUP Sailing Trip in order to have enough drinks as well as food on board. There is also a petty cash into which every traveler pays an amount in cash and from which all the usual costs are then simply borne.

Of course, you can decide individually if you would like to eat on board and cook together in the galley or whether you prefer to visit the restaurants in the ports towns.

With the petty cash the following costs will be paid: Purchase of food and drinks in the supermarket, diesel for the yacht as well as harbor and marina costs, if moored.

By the way, our SUP Sailing Trips are no common sports trips, where it’s all about lots of exercise and sports – the sun decks of the sailing yachts invite you to relax and the whole SUP program is, of course, optional and just an offer from our side; those who prefer to go for a walk ashore or sit together with friends until late at night and look out at the sea will definitely get just as much out of our SUP Sailing Trips by THE SUP WEEK.
